What is Heberi.com? Heberi.com is a platform designed for tourism professionals. It connects Hotels, Cruise Ships, Excursions, Shops, and Booking Agents, allowing them to collaborate effectively.
On this platform, there are two types of users: Hotels, Excursions, Cruise Journeys, Touristic Shopping Owners as one user, and Booking Agents as the second.
Heberi.com offers hotels, excursions, cruise journeys, and shops a direct marketing platform to reach over 1000+ sales agents worldwide. Through this system, providers can advertise their services and attract booking agents to help organize unforgettable holidays for clients while earning from these collaborations.
What can I do with Heberi.com?
Heberi.com simplifies access to thousands of Hotels, Excursion Organizers, Cruise Journey Operators, and Shop Owners globally. It enables direct communication with Sales Agents to promote services, highlight benefits for agents, and increase visibility.
You can market your services independently without relying on tour operators or tourism fairs, making the process more affordable and efficient.

How to attract Booking Agents to make bookings for my Hotel? Register your property on Heberi.com, prepare an online advertisement, and define commissions to entice Booking Agents. Advertisements are sent instantly to 1000`s of agents worldwide.
To maximize visibility, you can mark your property as "FEATURED" to appear on the homepage and top search results.
How will I receive bookings? What should I do when a booking notification is received? Booking notifications are requests that require manual approval within 24 hours. If not approved, the system automatically rejects the booking request. Booking confirmations are never automatic and must be approved by the property owner.
How to contact the Booking Agent for further details before approval? Alongside each booking notification, an internal message linked to the booking request number is sent to both the property owner and the Booking Agent. Direct replies via this message allow seamless communication regarding the booking details. Click here for tutorial
Which details will appear when a Booking Request is received? Basic client details are visible with the booking request. Additional information, such as the client's full name, phone number, and email, will be accessible once the booking is approved.
How can I set my property as FEATURED? Marking your property as "FEATIRED" positions it prominently in searches and on the homepage. The service is valid for a defined period and enhances visibility among competitors.
How can I advertise my property to Booking Agents? Use the "Advertise To Agents" feature in your inbox to create and send advertisements. Ensure your property is online before sending ads, and define commissions to attract agents.
My property advertisement appears broken. How can I fix it? If your advertisement does not display correctly, check the intro text formatting and background color of facilities and features. Remove and reinsert the intro text following the suggested format, then preview the advertisement to confirm it is fixed.
How can I pay commission to Booking Agents if PayPal doesn’t work in my location? All commissions must be paid through the Heberi platform using PayPal or direct credit card payment via PayPal payment system. If PayPal is unavailable in your location, you can open a PayPal account in another country and link a credit card to it.
What happens if I don’t pay the Booking Agents' commission? Failure to pay commission within the designated timeframe results in automatic account locking, negatively affecting property ratings and visibility in searches.
My account is locked. How can I unlock it? Once pending commissions are paid, the account is automatically unlocked, and all properties become available online.

Heberi.com is a Platform for Tourism Professionals. There are two different users on the same Platform.

We provide an opportunity for direct marketing of Hotels, Excursions, Cruise Journeys, and Touristic Shopping to Sales Agents. Hotels, Excursions, Cruise Journeys, and Touristic Shopping can easily prepare their services advert and send it to 1000`s of Sales Agents worldwide.
What can I do with Heberi.com? Thousands of Hotels, Tour/Cruise Journey Organizers, and Shop Owners worldwide seek clients. Heberi.com provides the easiest way to access his services and contact Sales Agents to inform them what they offer, how Booking Agents can benefit more, and how to be found. Simply, you don’t have to wait for a Tour Operator to market your Hotel, Tour, or shop. You can do it on your own WORLDWIDE. We made marketing easier and cheaper without the need for tourism fairs.
How to attract Booking Agents to make bookings to my Hotel? Simply register your Hotels, Excursions, Cruise Journeys, and Touristic Shopping and prepare their Advertising ONLINE (To attract Booking Agents, define commission) and send it to 1000+ Booking Agents Online Worldwide. Pay their commission (if defined & optional) when the client comes.
Define your Hotels, Excursions, Cruise Journeys, and Touristic Shopping FEATURED to be visible on the home page (randomly among others recommended) and to be top listed on searches before others at your location.
How will I receive bookings? What should I do when a booking notification is received? Every booking notification received by a Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, or Shop owner is a Booking Request only. No booking will be automatically confirmed with www.heberi.com
Every booking request MUST be approved by the Hotel`s, Excursion`s, Cruise Journey`s, and Shop`s owner within 24 hours from the time the booking has been conducted. If not approved during the platform-defined time, every booking request will be automatically rejected by the system.
How to contact the Booking Agent for further details of a received booking request before approval? Every booking request has 24 hours to be approved. Together with the booking request, an internal message starting with the same BK-no of the received booking notification drops automatically to the Hotel`s, Excursion`s, Cruise Journey`s, Shop Owner`s, and the Booking Agent who made the booking inboxes. Any part responding to this message is sending a direct internal message to other involved parties. (Hotels, Excursions, Cruise Journeys, and Shop Owner to Booking Agent who made this booking or vice versa). Click here to see the tutorial.
Which details will appear when a Booking Request is received? With every Booking Request notification, some details will appear opened automatically, but some will open when the booking is approved, such as the client's full name, phone number, email, etc. Once the booking is approved by the Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, or Shop owner, the remaining details of the client will open automatically, and Hotels, Excursions, Cruise Journeys, and shop owners can contact the client via those details.
How can I set my Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, and/or Shop FEATURED? This is to place on your Hotels, Excursions, Cruise Journeys, and Shop platform FEATURED mark. It places your Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, and shop on top of others in your area when a booking agent searches for one. The Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, and Shop will be listed on the Home page (randomly among other FEATURED if there are more than 6) and on top of others that are not set as recommended by Booking Agents. The Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, and Shop will be marked platform FEATURED from Start to End Dates.
How can I advertise my Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, or shop to Booking Agents? Click Inbox - Advertise To Agents - New Advertising. (ATTENTION! Commission to Booking Agents will apply automatically (Edit through Property Details of each Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, or Shop before making its advertising. If you don't offer any special commission, then insert 0 (zero). Click here to see the tutorial.
How can I pay the commission that I offered? What if PayPal does not work in my place? All commission payments MUST be paid through the HEBERI via the PayPal payment system. It is NOT necessary to have a PayPal account for the payment. Payments can be completed with a PayPal account and Direct Credit Cards. If PayPal doesn’t work in your country, either open a PayPal account in any country listed and embed your credit card to your PayPal account (a credit card can be issued from any country), transfer money to your PayPal account, or another option is conducting payment with a direct credit card. For conducting and/or receiving payments, please contact PayPal customer service.
What if I don’t pay the Booking Agents' Commission? The entire account will be locked automatically if promised commission is not paid online through the system within Platform defined timeframe (24 hours from the client`s check-in date); the entire account, together with ALL services, WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE LOCKED and will be prevented from appearing at any search until pending commission payment is completed through the system. Important! Payments MUST be done through the system. Payment through bank transactions is not possible.
Additionally, each automatic locking of an account will create a negative impact on the service providers relibilty rating, which will decrease their service ratings, and their appearance to Booking Agents against competitors.
My account is locked. How can I unlock it? For locked accounts due to unpaid commission, once payment is made, the system will automatically unlock the account, and all services will appear ONLINE available.
How to Advertise my Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, or Shop? Simply click INBOX on your account. A new menu will appear on the left side. Click Advertise to Agent- New Advertising and go through till the end. When an advert is prepared and ready to send to Booking Agents, click SEND - SELECT COUNTRIES TO SEND. Check the country(s) you want to send to and click PROCEED. Your advertising will be sent to the number of Booking Agents in each country that you checked instantly.
What is Platform commission? Platform usage commission is 2% of the Hotel Owner defined price for HOTELS; 10% for Cruise Journey, Tour bookings. Platform Commission applies to Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, and Shop Owner-approved bookings only.
The total commission (Commission for Platform + Sale Agent) amount is automatically calculated by the system for each booking individually. The payment MUST be done ONLINE through the platform via the PayPal payment system. Bank wire transaction is not valid. HEBERI LTD keeps the right to change the Platform commission rates without the user's notice/approval.
What is a commission for Booking Agents, and how can it be edited? The commission for Booking Agents is an optional feature determined by service providers within the Property Details section. HEBERI does not influence these settings. The commission type and amount offered by Hotels, Excursions, Cruise Journeys, and Shop Owners to Booking Agents are specified under the Commission Type and Commission Rate/Amount fields in the Property Details section for each Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, or Shop. Booking Agent commissions are combined with the Platform Commission and must be paid together in a single transaction. The Booking Agent's commission is defined by the service providers under Property Details, and is optional. HEBERI doesn’t have any interference in it. The type and the amount that Hotels, Excursion, Cruise Journey, and Shop Owners offer to Booking Agents are defined at Commission Type and Commission Rate/Amount under Property Details of each Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, and Shop individually. Booking Agent commission will be added to Platform Commission and will need to be paid together in one transaction. Will the booking agent see my offer for every booking before he/she makes one? Yes. The booking agent will see the valid offer when he/she views your property details page. That means, no matter what you write, he/she will see the real offer that will apply for every reservation.
How are bookings received? All booking notifications that the Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, and Shop Owner receive are Booking Requests only. Unless manually approved, they will not apply as a booking, and there will not be any commission payment requirement. Every service provider has 24 hours to approve or reject each received Booking Request. Booking Request becomes a real BOOKING with the Service Provider`s approval only, and once approved, it is not possible to undo. The system automatically calculates the commission amount/date payment date requirements. If the received Booking request is not approved MANUALLY within 24 hours, the system will AUTOMATICALLY REJECT it.
How can I contact the Booking Agent for more details? With every Booking Request, a notification email is sent to the service provider`s email and an internal message that starts with the same BK...... number automatically drops to the service provider`s and the Booking Agent who made this booking`s Inbox. Replying to this message is direct contact with other parties involved (Booking Agent to Hotel or vice versa). Both parties can contact each other directly for further details if necessary. DASHBOARD
Inbox: The internal communication messages with Booking Agents. Attention: For security concerns, emails and certain numbers of digits won't be transmitted by an internal communication mechanism readable.
Bookings: Booking Requests will be listed for Approval/Rejection. You can APPROVE bookings up to the available room numbers that you defined at Property Details, which you can edit anytime.
Account: Hotel, Tour, and Cruise Journey Commission Payment to Platform and Booking Agents.
Reviews: Reviews that are made by Booking Agents, not by clients themselves.
Availability: Time frame for availability for bookings,
Property Details: Details of Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, and Shop. Important! When clicking Property Details, it may take a bit longer than other menus until it's fully loaded.
Photos: Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop images. Beware that up to 24 images for each property can be uploaded.
Price/Period: Define the duration of availability, changeover day, and payment collection method. Attention: The payment Collection method defines the way to receive Booking Requests, too.
Location Details: Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop appearance on maps based on defined lat/long values. Click here for the tutorial about how to generate correct lat/long values.
Collecting payment from clients for reservations via HEBERI is NOT available.
Payment Collection Method is defined by the Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, and Shop owners by selecting one of the available options. HEBERI has three ways of Payment Collection method to select from
1) Pay at check-in: No Payment shall be collected.
2) Down Payment: (not active)
3) Full Payment: (not active)
Location details: View the location visibility of your Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, or Shop, which will be visible at its details by Booking Agents on Google Maps.
Room Type: This is available for Hotels only and is used to define Rooms and their prices. After the hotel is registered, click ROOM TYPE under Hotel and then click ADD NEW ROOM to define room types, prices, room details, etc. Click here for the tutorial. IMPORTANT! Agents' commission will be calculated based on the room and its price defined.
By clicking Inbox, Booking, or Account, there is another menu opens on the left side.
Profile: To find profile details. For the phone number, do not enter the country code, as it will apply automatically. Attention! Country and User Email CAN`T be changed later.
PayPal User Email: Since Payment collection methods are deactivated for bookings just place any thing there
Change Password: Change your password. Make sure your user email is secure. At any time forgotten password is sent to the user's email only. Additionally, you can change the security question and answer anytime you want to.
Deal definition: Not active.
ADD TO RECOMMENDED: It is recommended to apply. It makes your property appear higher, more privileged, and gives you a chance to receive more bookings. ATTENTION! Recommended properties have the privilege of appearance. Booking Agents know this service is paid, and the Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, and Shop are real.
Select Property: Select from the drop-down list.
Featured Package: Select the package from the available options.
Start & End Dates: The service will apply from the start date and will end at the end date automatically.
Blog: Not active.
Upload Contract: Not active.
Special Offer Requests: Not active.
Booking Requests: Not active.
Advertise To Agents: To prepare your Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, and Shop`s advertisement, and send it to 1000`s of Booking Agents worldwide.
In the event of Advertising from your location for your Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, or shop that is not available, please write to info@heberi.com with the subject: ADVERTISING. We will correct it as soon as possible.
ADD NEW HOTEL
Once the account is upgraded to the Hotel Owner, click the ADD NEW PROPERTY to register. Here is about some important points and how to set or edit them.
Commission Type: This is to select what type of commission you offer Booking Agents. % is the percent of the total booking amount. PP is per Adult(s) for once only, for the room is booked.
Commission Amount: This is the amount based on your Commission Type that will be taken for commission calculation. If you don’t offer any, please enter 0(zero). Attention! The defined commission is for Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, and Shop Owner defined price.
We suggest you insert the following points into your Hotel's intro text.
1-Your Hotel`s direct contact email, phone number, WhatsApp, etc.
2-Clarify for the Booking Agent what you will ask them to show before approving for individual booking and booking through Tour Operators to verify if the booking is real.
If any text is embedded with a link to an external site, we suggest defining it as a New Window under Target. That will link to open a separate tab and keep your Hotel page open. Click here for the tutorial.

The Nearest: This is needed for Cruise Journeys only
Tour Operators: Once checked, two text boxes will appear for each country. Insert the name of the Tour Operator so Sales Agents will know how to find your Hotel for bookings. Example: For Moonlight Travel to place Moonlight in the first text box and Travel in the second.
Our location: Here is to define the GEO Location of your property. Select your Continent, Country, Region, Town, and Area drop-down list.
Address: Insert anything in the address and postcode fields.
Latitude & Longitude: insert your property's Latitude & Longitude. To find your property`s exact lat/long values, click here to see the tutorial.
Attention! If your exact GEO country, city, or destination is not listed correctly, please write to info@heberi.com with the subject GEOLOCATION. We will correct the database as soon as possible. For faster correction, please include your correct geo-location details, including country, region, town, and area.
Price/Period: To define the availability period for the hotel to appear ONLINE
Currency: Select currency
Period Name: Define a name for the availability period
First Day: Define the start of the availability period
Last Day: Define the end of the availability period
Change Over: Define the day of check-in.
Attention! Every day means to check in every day of the week, while defining any specific day means to check in only on the defined day.
Once all are defined, click ADD PRICE/PERIOD to make it apply.
Availability: To define the AVAILABLE duration for bookings. If not defined Hotel may appear OFFLINE for bookings.
My calendar: Not active.
My Photos: Upload up to 25 images. To make your Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, and Shop image loads fast on all browsers, please resize your images.
Upload Leading & Other images: Upload your best image as leading and 24 others from your computer for each Hotel. Attention! The leading image will apply automatically as the leading image to advertising, too. Make sure to apply nicely; it is recommended to have a horizontal image approximately 1150x500. Each image should not be larger than 150kb-200kb in pixel size. Click here for the tutorial on how to resize images.
Payment Collection Method: INACTIVE
Pay at check-in: The client will pay the full booking amount directly to the property owner at check-in. It is recommended to clarify what payments are accepted (egg cash, credit card, etc.) in your intro text.
Down Payment: Not active.
Full Payment: Not active.
Once the hotel is registered, click ROOM TYPE under your Hotel to define at least one room and its price.
Room Type & Price Definition
After the hotel is registered with location, images, intro text, and other necessary details, the Hotel owner MUST click Room Type under Hotel and then click Add New Room to define room types, prices, room details, etc. Click here for the tutorial.
Room Name: Give a Name to your Room,
Room Type: Select from Drop Down list
Accommodation Basis: Select from Drop Down list
Number of Clients: Enter the number of Adults and children who can stay. If you want to leave the child's number blank, please enter 0(zero).
Real Price: Price that will apply for calculation.
Discounted Price: This is for defining the discount percentage. For example, if you enter 45 here, it will be visible as 45% discounted prices at booking.
Room Specifications: The very short specifications of the Room only. Egg. TV, AC, etc.
When all is done, HOTEL will appear OFFLINE under Properties. Click GO ONLINE to make it visible by Sale Agent.
Attention! The HOTEL will not be visible online by Booking Agents unless at least one room price and its period of availability are defined.
ADD NEW TOUR & CRUISE SHIP
Once your account is upgraded to the Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, or Shop Owner, click ADD NEW PROPERTY to add one. Click here for the tutorial. Here is about some important points and how to set or edit them.
Commission Type: Select what type of commission you offer Sales Agents. % is the percent of the total booking amount, while PP is per adult cost of the booking.
Commission Rate: The amount based on your Commission Type that will be taken for commission calculation when bookings are made. If you don’t offer any, please enter 0(zero).
Total Persons: The max number of persons you can handle per tour
We suggest you insert the following points into your Excursion, Cruise Ship, and Shop intro text.
1- Your direct contact email, phone, WhatsApp, etc. (Booking Agents may want to contact)
2- How and when you will contact the client (eg, one day before pickup at:..... via WhatsApp, etc., for the excursion),
3- The payment methods (cash, credit card, payment collection day, etc.)

Key Info: Key features will apply at the index and listing pages.
Facilities and Features: Check the available facilities and features.
The Nearest: To define the nearest airport. Once checked, two boxes of the field will appear. Insert the name of the nearest airport in the first and the distance in mt/km in the second. P.S.This is important for Cruise Journeys only.
Our location: Here is to define the GEO Location of your property.
Select your Continent, Country, Region, Town, and Area drop-down list. Insert anything in the address and postcode fields.
Latitude & Longitude: insert your property's Latitude & Longitude. To find your property`s exact lat/long values, click here tutorial.
Price/Period: Clarify the period for bookings defined prices.
Currency: Currency is USD
Period Name: Any name
First Day: Start Date for available period
Last Day: End Date for available period
Change Over: Define the day of check-in. Attention! Every day means starting every day of the week. Defining any specific day means to check-in available only on a defined day.
Price (Adult): Price PP for adults.
Price (Child): Price PP for children.
Attention! Prices defined for tours are real prices, and agents' commission calculation is based on these prices. No price definition will couse property not to appear online for bookings.
Once all are defined, click ADD PERIOD/PRICE to make it apply.
Availability: Available date range and prices for bookings.
My calendar: Define start and end days that your property is NOT available for bookings, so that you don't want to receive bookings during the period. Example: 01.01.2018 -31.12.2018 is defined as available, but from 01/05/2018 to 25/05/2018 is unavailable and doesn't want any reservation during those days. The hotel will be visible offline from 01/05/2018 to 25/05/2018.
My Photos: Upload up to 25 images. To make your property load fast on all browsers, please resize your images. To find how to resize, please see the tutorial.
Upload your Leading & other images: Upload your best image as leading and 24 others from your computer for each property. Attention! The leading image will apply automatically as the leading image to advertising, too.
Booking, Receiving & Payment Collection Method: Payment from clients for reservations are disabled through HEBERI due to clients payment instrument`s security concerns. However you may insert your ban or PayPal account for a reasonable payment to secure bookings.
Pay at check-in: The client will pay a full booking amount directly to the property owner at check-in.
Down Payment: NOT ACTIVE
Full Payment: NOT ACTIVE
Click save to complete your registration.
When all is done, TOUR, CRUISE JOURNEY, or TOUR will appear OFFLINE under Properties. Click GO ONLINE to make it visible by Sales Agent.
Attention! The Excursion and Cruise Journey will not be visible online by Booking Agents unless its period of availability and price are defined.
Tips and Tricks
-Make sure the points suggested under ADD NEW PROPERTY – INTRO TEXT are inserted, and they are clear.
-Define a sale commission for Booking Agents to attract your Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, and Shop to be preferred over your competitors.
-Make sure your Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Ship, Shop intro text contains clear points,
-Place your property as FEATURED, which will give the privilege of appearing when Booking Agents search for properties at your location. The recommended properties have the privilege to be listed at the index (randomly) and on the listing pages, too. Sales Agents know that the FEATURED service is paid and properties are real and reliable,
-Advertise your property online to Booking Agents as often as needed to remind.
-Heberi.com platform is for the Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop owners, and Sale Agents only.
-Do not change the text color of the intro text to any other than automatic or black, as it may create a problem for your advertising appearance.
