There are two different users on the same Platform. One is Hotels, Excursions, Cruise Journeys, and Touristic Shopping Owners and the other is Booking Agent.

We provide an opportunity for direct marketing of Hotels, Excursions, 
Cruise Journeys, and Touristic Shopping to Sale Agents. Hotels, Excursions, Cruise Journeys, and Touristic Shopping can ONLINE easily prepare his services advert and send it to 1000+ Sale Agents worldwide. We also provide Sale Agent a new way to find multiple Hotels(s) and choose the best for their clients in terms of accommodation and organize more activities during the client's Holiday, make it more unforgettable and gain from those additional organizations too.

How I will receive bookings, what should I do when a booking notification is received?

Every booking notification received by the Hotels, Excursions, Cruise Journeys, and Shop owner is a Booking Request only. No booking will be received automatically confirmed with www.heberi.com
Every booking request MUST be approved by the Hotels, Excursions, 
Cruise Journeys, and Shop owners within 24 hours from the time booking has been conducted. If not approved during the platform-defined time, every booking request will be automatically rejected by the system. 

 

How to contact Booking Agent for further details of a received booking request before approval? 

Every booking request has 24 hours to be approved. Together with the booking request, an internal message starting with the same BK-no of received booking notification drops automatically to Hotels, Excursions, Cruise Journeys, and Shop Owners and the Booking Agent who made booking inboxes. Any part responding to this message is sending a direct internal message to other involved parties. (Hotels, Excursions, Cruise Journeys, and Shop Owner to Booking Agent who made this booking or vice versa). Click here to see the tutorial.


Which details will appear when Booking Request is received? 

With every Booking Request notification, some details will appear opened automatically but some will open when the booking is approved only such as the client's full name, phone number, email, etc. Once the booking is approved by the Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, or Shop owner, the remaining details of the client will open automatically and Hotels, Excursions, Cruise Journeys, and Touristic Shop owners can contact the client via those details.
 

How can I set my Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, and/or  Shop RECOMMENDED?

This is to place on your Hotels, Excursions, Cruise Journeys, and Shop platform RECOMMENDED mark. It places your Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop on top of others in your area when Booking Agent searches for bookings. The Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop will be listed on the Home page (randomly among other Recommended if there are more than 6) and on top of others that are not set recommended by Booking Agents. The Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop will be marked platform RECOMMENDED from Start to End Dates. 
 

How can I advertise my Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop to Booking Agents?

Click Inbox - Advertise To Agents - New Advertising. (ATTENTION! Commission to Booking Agents will apply automatically (Edit through Property Details of each Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, or Shop before making its advertising. My Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Advertising seems broken. How can I correct this?

When a Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop is fully registered with all its details and turned Online, the first thing we suggest you test is, its advertising appearance whether it is correct or seems broken.

To verify, if the background color of selected facilities and features together with at least one sentence of intro text applies then it is correct. If instead of intro text a line of code and/or background color of selected Facilities and features doesn't apply correctly, it appears your
Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Advert is broken and needs to be corrected.

The issue appears when the intro text is not inserted correctly. Remove all intro text (to a text file such as ms word) and save Hotel, Excursion, 
Cruise Journey, Shop without intro text. Create an advert for the same Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, or Shop without intro text till the end and preview. The advert background color should appear correct but only without intro text. Open the same Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop details again and insert its intro text with suggested format settings and Save. Click here to see the tutorial.


How can I pay the commission that I offered? PayPal doesn’t work in my country?

All commission payments MUST be done through the HEBERI system via the PayPal payment system. It is NOT necessary to have a PayPal account for the payment. Payments can be completed with a PayPal account and Direct Credit Cards payment. If PayPal doesn’t work in your country, either open a PayPal account in any country listed and embed your credit card to your PayPal account (credit card can be issued from any country), transfer money to your PayPal account or another option is conducting payment with a direct credit card. For conducting and/or receiving payments, please contact PayPal customer service.
 

How can I get Payment?

If Down Payment or Full Payment as Payment Collection method is defined for booking receiving, make sure you have a valid PayPal account and its PayPal User Email ID is inserted under profile all payment will be redirected to inserted PayPal account only. Contact PayPal for how to receive payment to your local bank account. Attention! Down Payment and Full Payment options are currently inactive. When activated; there will be a separate announcement.


What if I don’t pay the Booking Agents Commission?

The entire account will be locked automatically if promised commission is not paid online through the system within Platform defined time (24 hours from client`s check-in date); the entire account together with ALL Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE LOCKED and will be prevented from appearing at any search until pending commission payment is completed through the system. Important! Payments MUST be done through the system. Payment through bank transactions is not possible.
Additionally, each automatically locking of account will create a negative impact on Hotel, Excursion, 
Cruise Journey, Shop rating which may decrease the Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop rating, and their appearance on search by Booking Agents against competitors.

 

My account is locked, how can I unlock it?

For locked accounts, once payment is done; the system will automatically unlock the account, and all hotels, excursions, Cruise Journey, Shop will appear ONLINE available.
 

How to  Advertise my Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop?

Simply click INBOX on your account. A new menu will appear on the left side. Click Advertise to Agent- New Advertising and go through till the end. When an advert is prepared and ready to send to Booking Agents, click SEND - SELECT COUNTRIES TO SEND. Check the country(s) you want to send and click PROCEED. Your advertising will be sent to the number of Booking Agents in each country that you checked. Attention! Offline property CAN`T be advertised. What is Platform commission?

Platform usage commission is 2% of the Hotel Owner defined price for HOTELS; 10% for Cruise Journey, Tour bookings. Platform Commission applies to Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Owner approved bookings only. The total commission (Commission for Platform + Sale Agent) amount is automatically calculated by the system for each booking individually. The payment MUST be done ONLINE through the platform via the PayPal payment system. Bank wire transaction is not valid.  HEBERI LTD keeps the right to change the Platform commission rates without the user's notice/approval.
 

What is a commission for Booking Agents and how to edit?

The Booking Agent's commission is defined by the Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Owner under Property Details, and is optional. HEBERI doesn’t have any interference. The type and the amount that Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Owner offers to Booking Agents are defined at Commission Type and Commission Rate/Amount under Property Details of each Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop individually. Booking Agent commission will be added to Platform Commission and will need to be paid together at once. For details between different commission types and their calculation methods, please hover your mouse over info tooltips. Will the booking agent see my offer for every booking before he/she makes one?

Yes. The booking agent will see the valid offer when he/she views your property details page. That means, no matter what you write but he/she will see the real offer that will apply for every reservation.
 

How bookings are received?

All booking notifications that Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Owner receive are Booking Requests only. Unless manually approved by Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Owner, they will not apply as booking, there will not be any commission payment requirement. The Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Owner has 24 hours to approve or reject each received Booking Request. Booking Request becomes real BOOKING with the Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Owner`s approval only, and once approved it is not possible to undo. The system automatically calculates the commission amount/date payment requirements. If the received Booking request is not approved MANUALLY within 24 hours, the system will consider rejected AUTOMATICALLY.
 

How can I contact the Booking Agent for details?

With every Booking Request notification, an internal message that starts with the same BK...... number automatically drops to Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Owner, and the Booking  Agent inbox who made this booking Inbox that has been received. Replying to this message is direct contact with other parties involved (Booking Agent to Hotel or vice versa). Both parties can contact each other directly for further details if necessary. How can I register as a Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Owner, and register my Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop?

Simply register with an email on heberi.com, activate your account by clicking the activation link that is automatically sent to the registered email(Check Junk/Spam folder too). Login to your account and upgrade your account as Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Owner. Click here for the tutorial.
 

I want to change my Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Type. How can I do and what should I pay attention to?

At Property Details you may change your property details including its type. But please be informed that if you have received bookings based on a type, you must pay its commission before you change to new. So make sure ALL COMMISSION PAYMENTS ARE CLEARED before changing its type.
 

I receive "TOURIST SALE AGENT WANTS OFFER" emails. How to respond?

This is a request from Booking Agent to Hotels in a certain location and a certain star category. The request can be fired from a Booking Agent account only. Attention! Special Offer Requests are not bookings. If Booking is conducted, its Booking Request notification will be received separately. Responding is available until the defined check-in date.

You can view certain details of Special Offer Request such as where the client will come from, check in-out dates, etc. Other details will appear when a booking is conducted based on your response. Price and Commission definition will apply to booking that is based on this Special Offer Request only. Price is for the entire duration as TOTAL price and commission will be calculated per person for the number of adults that booking is made for. Example: Special Offer Request for Check-in: 01.01.2018 12:00 PM Check-out 10.01.2018 12:00 PM offer request. Hotel Response: Price 1000$ Commission: 20$. Booking conducted based on response for a Room with 2 Adults and 2 Children. Booking Approved by Hotel. The client will pay TOTAL 1000$ for all stay for a room. The hotel Owner will pay 2X20$=40$ as commission to Sale Agent.

DASHBOARD USER MANUAL


Inbox: The internal communication messages with Booking Agents. Attention: For security concerns, emails and a certain number of digits won't be transmitted by an internal communication mechanism readable.

Bookings: Booking Requests will be listed for Approval/Rejection. You can APPROVE bookings up to available room numbers that you defined at Property Details which you can edit anytime.

Account: Hotel, Tour, and Cruise Journey Commission Payment to Platform and Booking Agents.

Reviews: Reviews that are made by Booking Agents. Please beware that your ratings will have an important impact on your property ratings and a reference for the next bookings.

Properties: List of Properties in your portfolio.

 

Availability: Time frame for availability for bookings,
Property Details: Details of Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop. Important! When clicking Property Details, it may take a bit longer than other menus until it's fully loaded. To conduct any change in Property Details please make sure the page fully loaded.
Photos: Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop images. Beware that up to 24 images for each property can be uploaded. Make sure each of your images is NOT larger than 200KB.
Price/Period: Define the duration of availability, changeover day, Payment Collection method. Attention: The payment Collection method defines the way to receive Booking Requests too.
Location Details: Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop appearance on maps based on defined lat/long values. Click here for the tutorial about how to generate correct lat/long values.

 

Payment Methods that are available to define? 
Payment Collection Method is defined by Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop owners
by selecting one of the available options. We have three ways of Payment Collection method to select and payment -if defined- can be done by Credit Cards or PayPal account through the PayPal payment system only.  In the event of one of two payment REQUIRED options is defined by Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop, payment is not being transferred straight to the Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop account but is transferred within 48 hours from the client's check-in date. The available payment collection methods on the system are:

 

1) Pay At check-in: Payment is not required at booking and all booking fees will be collected directly by the service provider. For payment type possibility at check-in please contact the Hotels, Excursions, Cruise Journeys, and Shop through Contact Property Owner.
 

2) Down Payment(not active): Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop who defines Down Payment as Payment Collection Method for a booking request to his Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop, the client will be required to pay 10% of the total booking fee to be paid before booking requests can be fired. In the case of booking rejection, the paid amount is fully refundable. If the booking request is approved 10% of the total booking fee will be deducted from the total amount and the remaining amount will be paid by the client directly to Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop at the check-in date. Please be informed that the command of the collected amount to the Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Owner account will be sent after the Platform and Booking Agent commission is paid by Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Owner.


3) Full Payment(not active): Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop who define Full Payment as Payment Collection Method for a booking request to his Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop, the client will be required to pay 100% of the booking amount and once payment is approved, the booking request will be fired for approval. In the event of booking rejection, the collected amount is fully refunded automatically. If the booking is approved, the collected amount will be initiated to Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop owner's PayPal account within 48 hours after the check-in date. Please be informed that the command of the collected amount to the Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Owner account will be initiated after the Platform and Sale Agent commission is paid.
 

Location details: View location visibility of your Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop only that will be visible at its details by Booking Agents on Google Maps.

Room Type: This is available for Hotels only and is to define Room Types and their prices. After Hotel is registered click ROOM TYPE under Hotel and then click ADD NEW ROOM, to define room types, prices, room details, etc. Click here for the tutorial

 

Room Name: Give a Name to your Room,
Room Type: Select from Drop Down list
Accommodation Basis: Select from Drop Down list
Number of Clients: Enter the number of Adults and children can stay, if you want to leave the child number blank, please enter 0(zero).
Real Price: The price that will apply for calculation.
Discounted Price: This is for defining discount percentage. For example, you enter 45 here, it will be a visible %45 discounted price at booking.
Room Specifications: The very short specifications of Rooms only. Egg. TV, AC, etc.

 

By clicking Inbox, Booking, or Account there is another menu opening on the left side.
 

Profile: To find profile details. For the phone number, do not enter the country code as it will apply automatically. Attention! Country and User Email CAN`T be changed later.

PayPal User Email: The PayPal user email  ID to be placed here where payments will be initiated to.  Since Payment collection methods are de-activated for bookings, there isn`t payment collected for Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey bookings. Simply insert any to fulfill the form saving. When Down Payment or Full Payment is activated for bookings, there will be a separate announcement.

Change Password: Change your password. Make sure your user email is secure. At any time forgotten password is sent to the user's email only. Additionally, you can change Security Question and answer anytime you want to.

Discount (DEAL) DEFINITION: Set DEAL definition for your Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, to provide Early/Last minute booking discounts. Your Deal definition will impact bookings within defined rules only. It will not have an impact on Shops that don't have booking prices.

 

EARLY DEAL: The defined percentage of discount will apply bookings for HOTEL, TOUR ORGANIZATION, CRUISE JOURNEY, and PRIVATE HOUSES with bookings that made earlier than your day's definition. Example. Day: 90 days, Discount: 5; Bookings that are initiated at least 90 days before the initial check-in date will have a 5% discount.

LAST MINUTE (Late Deal): The defined percentage of discount will apply bookings for HOTEL, TOUR ORGANIZATION, CRUISE JOURNEY, and PRIVATE HOUSES are initiated within your defined days before initial check-in. Example, Day:5 days, Discount: 10 means; only bookings that are made within the last five days before its initial check-in will have a 10% discount.

DAY: The number of days before initial check-in for selected Deal Type. (for details please read deal types above)

DISCOUNT: The discount percentage that you define for bookings when applying your definitions. IMPORTANT! The number will be considered as a percentage in the calculation.

 

ADD TO RECOMMENDED: It is highly recommended to apply.  It makes your property appears higher, privileged, and gives a chance to receive more bookings. ATTENTION! Recommended properties have the privilege of appearance. Booking  Agents know this service is paid and the Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop are real.
 

Select Property: Select from the drop-down list.
Recommended Package: Select the package from available options.
Start & End Dates: Define the start date and end date of service will apply automatically.

Then click proceed to complete payment. Once payment is taken by the payment gateway, service will be triggered (start/scheduled) from your start date.

 

Blog/Experiences: You can write an article about what a client can find at your property and destination to attract more bookings. The places to visit in your area, excursion and shopping activities that the client can attend and enjoy, etc. That will make your destination attractive for Booking Agents to send more clients and arrange more activities to increase income. 

It is important to keep in mind that blogs must be approved by Platform Admin to go live. Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop 
Owner acknowledges, can advertise his destination without writing negative things about other Hotels, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop, and destinations. HEBERI Admin keeps the right to prevent blog to go live if found platform terms and conditions violated.

 

Upload Contract: You can upload Platform Terms And Conditions contact. Keep working without uploading one but at each access, you will be reminded.
 

Special Offer Requests The price offer requests for Hotels only from Sale Agent. Attention! Special Offer Requests are not bookings. It is a request from a Booking Agent to multiple Hotels in a  category at a destination for their best Price and Commission offered. This request is for an individual booking only. If Booking is conducted, its Booking Request notification will be received separately. Responding to the request is available until the defined check-in date.

You can view certain details of Special Offer Request such as where the client will come from, check in-out dates, etc. Other details will appear when the booking is conducted based on your response. Price and Commission definition will apply to booking that is based on this Special Offer Request only. Booking Requests: Bookings to SHOP type of properties are listed and their commission payments can be done through here only. Payments will apply based on your predefined settings of commission type and amount that you offered before the received booking.

Advertise To Agents:  To prepare your Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop`s advertising, and send it to 1000+ Booking Agents worldwide. Click here for the tutorial about how to make your Hotels Advertising and send it.

Offer Name: Insert the name of the offer. Make sure it is NOT LONG. (This is for Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Owner only.)
Select Headline: Select from the drop-down list,
Headline Text: Insert also a short phrase for your offer such as "We offer ...% of booking", "we provide free from/to airport transfer" etc. The headline text will apply as an email subject too.
Language: Select
 from the drop-down list
Template: Select from the drop-down list
Commission Type & Amount: The defined commission type and the amount will apply automatically. To edit, go to  PROPERTY DETAILS before sending advertising. (The real commission type and the amount can be verified by Booking Agent from his Dashboard)

 

Once the Advertising is correct, click BACK then SEND, SELECT COUNTRIES TO SEND to select where to send. Check the country(s) you want to send your Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Advert. Click PROCEED to finalize. Once completed, your advertising will be sent to the visible number of Booking Agents in each country you checked. 

In the event of Advertising from your location for your Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop is not available, please write to info@heberi.com with SUBJECT: ADVERTISING. We will correct it as soon as possible.

 




ADD NEW PROPERTY
(HOTEL)


Once the account is upgraded to the Hotel Owner, click the ADD NEW PROPERTY to register. Click here for the tutorial.

Property Name:  Hotel Name,
Select Property Type: Select relevant from the drop-down list. Attention! Business for
Hotels, Cruise Journey`s, Excursions, and Touristic Shopping. (Only Private houses under Private Property Types)
Second level Property Type: Select  Hotel

Third level Property Type: Select Hotel Type (when the third level is selected, you may need to wait up to 1-2 minutes)
Commission Type: This is to select what type of commission you offer Booking Agents. % is the percent of the total booking amount. PP is per Adult(s) for once only that the room is booked for.
Commission Amount: This is the amount based on your Commission Type that will be taken for commission calculation. If you don’t offer any, please enter 0(zero). 
 Attention! The defined commission is of Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Owner defined price.
No of Rooms: Hotels total number of rooms
Intro Text: Insert your intro text. (We Recommend intro text formats: Paragraph Format: Normal, Text Size: 14, aligned Justify and Text Color: Automatic for nice appearance to advertising)

 

We suggest you insert the following points into your Hotel's intro text.


1-Your Hotel`s direct contact detail (email, phone number, WhatsApp, etc.)
2-The nearest airport, how far to your Hotel, how the transfer from/to the airport can be organized, how much approximately the taxi will cost, etc. 

3-The Tour Operators list from each country that works with your Hotel so Booking Agents in that country will know how to find if client prefer bookings through Tour Operator,
4-Clarify for BOOKING AGENT what you will ask them to show before approving for individual booking and booking through Tour Operators to verify if the booking is real.

The Nearest: Once checked insert nearest Airport and its distance to your Hotel
Tour Operators:  Once checked two text boxes will appear for each country. Insert the name of the Tour Operator so Sale Agents will know how to find your Hotel for bookings. Example; Moonlight Travel. 

Our location: Here is to define the GEO Location of your property.

Continent: Select your Continent
Country: Select your Country
Region: Select your Region
Town: Select your Town
Area: Area Select your Area
Address: Insert your Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop 
full address. 
Post Code: Insert your postcode
Latitude & Longitude: insert your property Latitude & Longitude. To find your property's exact lat/long values click the tutorial.

Attention! If your exact GEO location is not listed, please write to info@heberi.com with the subject GEOLOCATION. We will correct it as soon as possible. For faster correction please include your correct geo-location details including country, region, town, and area.

Price/Period: To define availability period for Hotel to appear ONLINE (For unavailable date within Period please read Availability)

Currency: Select currency
Period Name: Define a name for the availability period
First Day: Define the start of availability period
Last Day: Define the end of the availability period
Change Over: Define the day of check-in. Attention! Every day means to check-in every day of the week is available while defining any specific day means to check-in available only at the defined day.
Once all are defined click add
ADD PRICE/PERIOD to make it apply.

 

Availability: To define the AVAILABLE duration for bookings. If not defined Hotel may appear OFFLINE for bookings. 

My calendar: Define start and end days that your property is NOT available and you don't want to receive bookings. Example: 01.01.2018 -31.12.2018 defined available but from 01/05/2018 to 25/05/2018 is unavailable and doesn't want any reservation during those days. The hotel will be visible offline for bookings from 01/05/2018 - 25/05/2018 days.


My Photos: Upload up to 25 images. To make your Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop image loads fast on all browsers, please resize your images. 

Upload Leading & Other images: Upload your best image as leading and 24 others from your computer for each Hotel. Attention! The leading image will apply automatically as the leading image to advertising too. Make sure to apply nice, it is recommended to have horizontal and approximately 1150x500.  Each image should not be larger than 150kb-200kb in pixel size. Click here for the tutorial on how to resize images.

Payment Collection Method: Select the type of payment for the booking. Please remember that NO Credit Card details will be transmitted with received booking requests. The definition of payment method is in the meantime way of receiving booking requests. Bookings Requests will be received when the defined way of payment method is approved by Payment Gateway.

Pay at check-in: The client will pay the full booking amount directly to the property owner at check-in. It is recommended clarifying what payments are accepted (egg cash, credit card, ... etc) in your intro text.
Down Payment (NOT ACTIVE): The client will pay 10% of the total booking amount as downpayment and the rest will be collected by the property owner at check-in.
Full Payment(NOT ACTIVE): The client will pay all booking amounts at booking. No payment will be charged to the client at check-in.

Attention! In the event of defining Down Payment or Full Payment as Payment Collection Method, the Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, the Owner must complete  Platform and Booking Agent Commission payment before the collected payment can be sent to his account.

Save: When all definitions are done click save to complete your registration.

Once Hotel is registered, click ROOM TYPE under your Hotel to define room types and prices. 

Room Type
After Hotel is registered with location, images, intro text, and other necessary details, the Hotel owner MUST click Room Type under Hotel and then click Add New Roomto define room types, prices, room details, etc. Click here for the tutorial.

Room Name: Give a Name to your Room,
Room Type: Select from Drop Down list
Accommodation Basis: Select from Drop Down list
Number of Clients: Enter the number of Adults and children who can stay, if you want to leave the child number blank, please enter 0(zero).
Real Price: Price that will apply for calculation.
Discounted Price: This is for defining discount percentage. For example, you enter 45 here, it will be visible %45 discounted prices at booking.
Room Specifications: The very short specifications of the Room only. Egg. TV, AC, etc.


How to define different prices for the same room but for different time frames?: Hotel Owner can define as many room types and prices as he wants. The sale Agent will pick the one relevant to his client. The calculation will base on his selected room price. To define different prices for the same room but different time frames, we suggest defining the time frame in Name of Room. Example, Double Room Sea View 01.05-31.06: 50$, Double Room Sea View 01.07-31.08:60$
 

When all is done, HOTEL will appear OFFLINE under Properties. Click GO ONLINE to make it visible by Sale Agent. Click here for  the tutorial

Attention! The HOTEL will not be visible online by Booking Agents unless at least one room price and its period of availability are defined.
 

Once your hotel is uploaded and turned live ONLINE, the first point to check is to test its advertising appearance. Perform a test advertising and make sure the back color of Facilities & Features applies correctly. ADD NEW PROPERTY
(TOUR, CRUISE SHIP, SHOP)


Once your account is upgraded to the Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop Owner, click ADD NEW PROPERTY to add one. Click here for the tutorial 


Property Name: Define the Name of your Offer,
Select Property Type: Select from the drop-down the relevant. Attention! Business for Hotels, Cruise Journey`s, Excursions, and Touristic Shopping. Only Private houses are among Private Property Types.

Second Level Property Type: Select from the drop-down list (Tour: Select type of your Tour, Cruise Journey: Select Journey type, Shop: Select type of your Shop)
Third Level Property Type: Select from the drop-down list
Tour days: This applies to Tours only and you may leave it blank.
Commission Type: This is to select what type of commission you offer Sale Agents. % is the percent of the total booking amount while PP is per adult that the booking is made for.
Commission Rate: The amount based on your Commission Type that will be taken for commission calculation when bookings are made. If you don’t offer any, please enter 0(zero) Attention! The defined commission is of the Property Owner's defined price.
Total Persons: Define max number of persons for your offer that is available for marketing,

Intro Text: Insert your intro text. (Recommended intro text formats: Paragraph Format: Normal, Text Size: 14, aligned Justify and Text Color: Automatic for nice appearance to advertising) 


We suggest you insert the following points to your Excursion, Cruise Ship, Shop intro text.

 

1- Your Excursion, Cruise Ship, Shop`s direct email, phone, WhatsApp, etc. (Booking Agents may want to contact)
2- The place to pick-up client (reservation, security gate, etc. for excursions; nearest airport, how to reach for Cruise Ship)
3- How  you will contact the client (eg. one day before pickup at:..... via WhatsApp, etc for excursion),
4- The payment method (cash, credit card, etc) - (Attention! Shops are excluded)


 

If any text will be embedded with a link to an external site, we suggest defining it as New Window under Target. That will link to open it with a separate tab and keep your Property page open. Click here for the tutorial

Key Info: Select max 6 from available
Facilities and Features: Check from available by checking the checkbox of facilities and features that are available at your property. 
The Nearest: To define the nearest airport. Once checked two boxes of the field will appear. Insert the name of the nearest airport name in first and the distance in mt/km in second. (This is available for Cruise Journeys only)
Tour Operators: Select the country and then two fields will appear. Insert the name of the Tour Operator for the country both. Example; Moonlight Travel. (This is available for Cruise Journeys only)

 

Our location: Here is to define the GEO Location of your property.

Continent: Select your drop-down list
Country: Select your drop-down list

Region: Select your drop-down list
Town: Select your drop-down list
Area: Select your drop-down list
Address: Insert your Property`s full and correct address.
Post Code: Insert your postcode

Latitude & Longitude: insert your property Latitude & Longitude. To find your property`s exact lat/long values see the tutorial.

Price/Period: Insert your available period for bookings.

Currency: Select currency
Period Name: Define a name for the availability period
First Day: Start Date for available period

Last Day: End Date for available period
Change Over: Define the day of check-in. Attention! Every day means start every day of the week. Defining any specific day means to check-in available only on a defined day.
Price (Adult): Price PP for adults.
Price (Child): P
rice PP for children. 

Attention! No price definition will apply to the SHOP type of properties.

Once all are defined click ADD PERIOD/PRICE to make it apply.
 

Availability: Available date range and prices for bookings.

Save: When all definitions are done click save to complete your registration.

Tips and Tricks 

 

-Make sure the points suggested under ADD NEW PROPERTY – INTRO TEXT are inserted and they are clear,

-Make sure your property has a DEAL definition which will make it providing a defined percent off discount for bookings within dates that you define,

-Define a sale commission for Booking Agent to attract your Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop
to be preferred against your competitors,

-Make sure your Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Ship, Shop intro text contains points that are mentioned in intro text suggestion and it`s the text format is as suggested for a nice advert. The suggested points are those that the Booking Agent may want to verify,


-Place your property as RECOMMENDED which will give privilege for appearing when Booking Agents search for properties at your location.  The Recommended properties have the privilege to be listed at index (randomly) and listing pages too. Sale Agents know that the Recommended service is paid and properties are real and reliable,

-Advertise your property online to Booking Agents as often as needed to remind. It is also recommended to use for announcing new events at your property or destination such as concerts, transportation lines, DEAL definitions, etc. or in the event of working Tour Operator changes to announce how Sale Agents can find you,

You may write additional activities available at your Hotel, Excursion, Cruise Journey, Shop, or destination such as Tours, Shopping availabilities, etc. so that Booking Agents can gain by booking additional activities for their clients,

-Do not change your text color of intro text to any other than automatic or black as it may create a problem for your advertising appearance.​
