We invite you on a journey to Cappadocia. Everyone visiting Turkey should visit at least once to admire the incredible works of nature and man. In the eroding, multi-colored volcanic tuff, rainwater has carved fantastic gorges, basins, slender rock chimneys, and mushroom-shaped cones. Here, on the Silk Road, lies an open-air museum with a concentration of the most beautiful churches and underground cities carved into the rocks. This site is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
A feast for the palate – only on our Cappadocia tour will you be able to experience authentic Turkish cuisine. Unlike other tours, we don't stop at popular tourist restaurants; we invite you to local restaurants where locals enjoy delicious, fresh, and healthy meals. For your first breakfast, we'll take you to a restaurant overlooking the Red River. Only here will you experience what a "Turkish breakfast" truly is – a table laden with local delicacies: scrambled eggs, cheeses, jams, tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives. For your first lunch, we invite you to the Avanos restaurant overlooking the Red River – choose from fried trout, grilled chicken wings, and grilled kofte (ground beef cutlets prepared Turkish style), served with salad and fries. For dinner, we'll take you to a real feast. After the appetizers, the waiters will bring you "Testi kebap" – veal with vegetables in a tomato-garlic sauce, roasted in special clay pots at around 300 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes. Take our word for it or see for yourself – DELICIOUS! Your final meal of typical Turkish cuisine will be lunch on the second day at a restaurant in Konya. We'll serve you an Iskender kebab especially for you – we'll place toasted bread at the bottom of the plate, followed by a kebab of thinly sliced beef, drizzled with sizzling, heated butter, and served with Turkish yogurt. This is our favorite Turkish dish. Vegetarian options are available upon request. Water/ayran/tea are included in the meal price.
During "Cappadocian Night," in an atmospheric cave carved into the rock, you'll admire a wedding ceremony, belly dancing, and other regional dances. In the evening, snacks, soft drinks, and local alcoholic beverages are served.
Optional activities within the tour!
Hot air balloon flight – approximately one hour with views of all the valleys from above. The price includes hot drinks, cookies, a flight certificate and champagne at the end of the flight, as well as special insurance. There are no discounts for children. Pregnant women and children under 6 years of age are not permitted on the balloon flight. The hot air balloon flight may be canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions. Turki Tour is not responsible for cancellations. Flight fees are payable only during the tour, after flights are confirmed.
Jeep Safari - If you're craving a bit of adrenaline and unique views of the fairytale Cappadocia, this panoramic hot air balloon flight is perfect. You'll traverse the wilderness between valleys, with countless colorful balloons above you, against the backdrop of a red sunrise... Doesn't that look fantastic?
"Flying dresses" photo shoot - For those interested, and by prior reservation only, a photo shoot with Cadillacs/horses in beautiful "flying" dresses, featuring the most stunning views of the balloon panorama, is available. The price and scope of the session are determined individually.
Cappadocia night - Spend an unforgettable evening in a carved cave restaurant, where live Turkish folk music, wedding rituals, and traditional dances immerse you in Cappadocia’s warm, authentic culture. Turkish drinks — both alcoholic and non-alcoholic — are included throughout the night, so you can relax, taste, and toast as the celebration unfolds. It’s a limited-evening experience that turns an ordinary holiday into a story you’ll want to retell. Reserve your seat now and make sure you’re part of the celebration.
Whirling dervishes show - Witness the whirling dervishes of the Mevlevi order in a solemn, mesmerising ceremony that has moved hearts for centuries. As the dervishes turn in quiet devotion, the music, atmosphere, and sacred choreography create a deeply emotional, almost spiritual pause in your journey, reflecting the commemoration of Mevlana’s passing. This is not just a show, but a rare window into Ottoman-era tradition and inner contemplation. Secure your place and let this powerful experience become the highlight of your stay.
Accommodation - 4* HOTEL - We are the only ones offering a 4* hotel during your trip to Cappadocia.
BIRTHDAYS / PROPOSALS / ENGAGEMENTS / HONEYMOONS / WEDDING ANNIVERSARIES, ETC. - ask us what we can prepare for you...

Why two overnights? Cappadocia is not just another stop on a holiday itinerary – it is a once-in-a-lifetime landscape where ancient history and otherworldly valleys come together in a way you won’t find anywhere else. Two overnights give you the breathing space to actually feel the place, not just rush through it.
With a single night, much of your time is spent travelling: long bus journeys there and back, a quick glimpse of the scenery, and then it’s time to leave. Staying two nights means less fatigue, more rest, and far more time to wander through the rock-cut churches, hidden valleys and small towns that make Cappadocia so special.
There is also a very practical reason: the famous hot air balloon flight depends completely on the weather. If conditions are poor on the first morning, your second morning becomes an invaluable second chance to rise above the valleys and watch the sun paint the rocks in soft colours – the experience many travellers describe as the highlight of their lives.
Because most people will visit Cappadocia only once, we want you to have enough time to truly enjoy it, without feeling you have come all that way only to hurry back. Choosing the 2‑overnight option simply gives you a richer, calmer, more rewarding Cappadocia – and the best chance to come home feeling that you have really been there.
