We're teaming up with Crunch Fitness to host the second annual on-site Wellness Week April 4-11, 2019. This seven-day retreat offers a full program of daily group exercise classes, culinary demonstrations, beauty workshops, as well as healthy behavior challenges and games.
 
Join us at Breezes Bahamas from April 4-11 as we transform our popular all-inclusive beach resort into a wellness retreat.
 
Group exercise classes led by Crunch Fitness instructors will feature beach yoga, Caribbean rhythms dancing and POUND, plus you can boogie the night away to your own beat with a Silent Disco dance party hosted by Quiet Events.
 
Between sessions, you can attend cooking demonstrations led by our Executive Chef Nigel Clarke. Rejuvenation will exude throughout the property with smoothie stations available in the Banana Boat restaurant, chilled eucalyptus towels in the lobby and mini massages provided by the Blue Mahoe Spa. Upon check-in, guests will receive wellness treats in a swag bag.

Patio Rooms - Pool View are located on the ground floor of both towers with views and direct access to our courtyard and swimming pools. All include a patio furnished with a table and chairs or a hammock. Ocean View rooms
Ocean View rooms are located in both towers and offer views of the ocean and beachfront from our east and west facing tower rooms.

Beach Front Patio rooms
Beach Front Patio rooms feature a breathtaking view of the ocean and beachfront with direct access to the beach through sliding glass doors. All include a patio furnished with a table and chairs and beach loungers.
Beach Front Patio rooms include a stocked mini refrigerator, furnished patio and private beach cabana with cocktail service.


One Bedroom Ocean Front Suite
Deluxe One Bedroom Ocean Front Suites offer breathtaking, unobstructed views of the ocean and beachfront from our north facing tower rooms with separate living room.
All guest rooms in this category have modern glass, chrome and marble bathrooms, rich, mahogany wood furnishings, a work desk and chair, separate living room, satellite TV and separate bedroom with a king size bed.


Presidential Suite
Our Presidential Suite features a luxurious and spacious open plan living, dining and entertaining space with breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and beachfront and separate ocean front guest room accommodations.

At Breezes Bahamas, world-class chefs create delightful surprises from morning til late at night, in 5 wonderful restaurants. EDEN & Garden Of Adem
Enjoy a relaxed dining experience at Eden - offering romantic banquettes for two indoors - or dine outdoors in our garden setting for a magical meal under the stars. Here you’ll be tempted by specialties that include Adam’s Rib and Eve’s Secret. And you won’t be able to say “no” to our sinfully delicious desserts such as Decadent Chocolate and Forbidden Pie.
