With spectacular views of the iconic Dalt Vila skyline – the ancient fortress walls, heavenly blue skies and the shimmer of the Mediterranean Sea – ahead and rolling green hills behind, it is one of the most iconic Ibiza settings you could dream of for an island getaway. Fragrant fields of lavender frame the whitewashed main building, a 300-year-old former farmhouse that has been lovingly restored with respect to its architectural heritage. A preserved traditional oil mill stands like a work of art in the lobby, a nod to the property’s heritage, while a sparkling swimming pool just outside is emblematic of its future as a romantic and relaxing retreat. Suite
Two spacious suites offer Casa Maca guests the dreamy combination of luxury and nostalgia throughout their stay. Decoration is typically Ibicencan, with classic wrought-iron, four-poster, king-sized beds framed by billowing white curtains and wood-beam ceilings evoking feelings of the past, while air-conditioning, LCD televisions, WiFi and in-room sound systems complete with USB, MP3 and MP4 connections ensure all your modern needs are completely taken care of.

 
Es Trull Suite – named after the hotel’s ancient oil press – is within an easy stroll of the swimming pool, with a charming, stone-walled porch area that is the epitome of Ibiza style. A spa-like, rain-effect shower and whirlpool bath big enough for two people provides the perfect finishing touch. The nearby S’Estany Suite – named for the iconic nearby salt flats – is also kitted out with a whirlpool tub for two and boasts its own garden area plus a pergola in which to while away the balmy summer days and nights.
