Now it is easy to contact any hotel registered on www.heberi.com and ask their offer. Sale Agent will define the client's arrival-departure dates, country of the client, offer requested hotels start category and accommodation basis. It will be sent to all hotels at the selected destination to their account on www.heberi.com and as email notification.
Any hotel that received the request may reply with his own prices. If necessary, the hotelier may offer a special commission offer to Sale Agent for motivation.
In that case, the client may ask a Sale Agent for a special price available for his vacation duration. If that happens, the SALE AGENT will ask multiple Hotels from a destination for their special offer request for those special dates.
WHO CAN ASK FOR SUCH OFFERS AND WHAT IS AVAILABLE TO SEE?
Only SALE AGENTS can ask for such Offer Requests. From no other user dashboard, such Offer can be fired. Even the Sale Agent can define certain details only. He can`t insert his comments on it. He can define the duration of travel, where the client comes from, the Hotels Start Category and the wanted Accommodation Basis only.
HOW TO REPLY?
The only way to reply such Offer is trough the Hotel Owner Dashboard – Special Offer Request. In that case, only registered Hotels can reply. The hotelier can insert his price (for the entire duration) and his commission Offer (optional). IMPORTANT! The price is for per room per the entire duration. It is NOT per person or per room per day!
When a Hotelier replies, the answer goes to the Sale Agent who requested only. He may conduct a booking to any that he received the answer from. The given offer is for the entire duration that is requested only and is valid to conduct booking until the defined check-in date only. Later it will be expired for bookings.
