BOOKINGS AND BOOKING COMMISSION PATMENT
Our goal is to transform the holiday industry into a sustainable and inclusive free market for all stakeholders.
We empower hotels to carry out marketing efforts at their convenience, ensuring their campaigns yield a return on investment (ROI).
Clients have the freedom to choose their preferred hotels, while agents have the liberty to promote the hotel they favor.
Every booking made through HEBERI requires manual approval from the property owner within 24 hours of the booking being conducted. If not approved within this timeframe, the booking will be automatically rejected.
Once a booking is approved or rejected, it cannot be undone or reversed, regardless of the decision.
Upon approval, the client’s name, hotel, and contact details will be visible to the property owner. If the booking is not approved, this information remains hidden.
All bookings initiated by an agent are immediately visible to the property owner and come with a 24-hour window for approval or rejection. An internal notification containing the booking number is simultaneously sent to the accounts of both the agent and the property owner, enabling further communication if needed.
HOTEL BOOKINGS
Hotels are encouraged to contact their tour operators to verify bookings before approving them on HEBERI.
Approval or rejection of bookings directly affects the hotel’s reliability rating for future reservations.
When a booking is received, it is advisable to communicate with the tour operator to confirm the details before approving it on HEBERI.
This process ensures the hotel is aware of the booking.
Bookings made through HEBERI by agents are exclusively for the purpose of receiving predefined booking commissions.
Clients’ holiday reservations and payments are processed directly through their respective tour operators. No payment will be collected from clients by hotels for bookings made on HEBERI.

EXCURSION BOOKINGS
The prices for excursions displayed on HEBERI are accurate and final. Agents’ booking commissions are calculated based on these visible prices, and clients are charged accordingly.

PAYMENT COLLECTION
The payment collection process for excursions is determined by the organizer. Currently, HEBERI does not facilitate payment collection, meaning clients are responsible for paying fees directly to the organizer.
At the same time, the organizer may require a specific amount to be deposited into their account prior to approving.
VIEW PREDEFINED OFFERS
When logged in as a Travel Agent, you can access predefined commission offers for reservations. These offers are displayed above the price, labeled 'OFFER', on hotel or excursion pages. They apply to all reservations.
Once you view a hotel or excursion page while logged in as a Travel Agent, the predefined commission offer for every reservation will be visible above the price under 'Offer'. This is the predefined one for every reservation.
