BOOKINGS & BOOKING COMMISSION PATMENTS

Our objective is to revolutionize the holiday industry, creating a sustainable and inclusive free market that benefits all stakeholders. We enable hotels to execute marketing strategies flexibly, ensuring their campaigns achieve a solid return on investment (ROI). Clients can select their preferred hotels, while agents have the freedom to promote the hotels they support.

Every booking completed through HEBERI requires manual approval by the property owner within 24 hours. Failure to approve within this timeframe will result in the booking being automatically declined. Once a booking is approved or rejected, the decision is final and cannot be altered.

Upon approval, the property owner gains access to the client’s name, hotel(for excursion bookings), and contact details. If the booking is rejected, this information remains confidential. Bookings initiated by agents are instantly visible to the property owner, accompanied by a 24-hour window for approval or rejection.

Both the agent and the property owner receive an internal notification containing the booking number, facilitating further communication if necessary.


HOTEL BOOKINGS
Hotels are encouraged to liaise with their tour operators to verify bookings before finalizing them on HEBERI. Approval or rejection of bookings directly influences the hotel’s reliability rating for future reservations.

Upon receiving a booking, it is recommended to confirm details with the tour operator prior to approving it on HEBERI. This ensures the hotel remains informed about the booking. Bookings facilitated through HEBERI by agents are exclusively intended for earning predefined booking commissions.

Clients’ holiday reservations and payments are processed directly via their respective tour operators. Hotels will not collect payments from clients for bookings made through HEBERI.

EXCURSION BOOKINGS
The prices for excursions listed on HEBERI are accurate and final. Agents’ booking commissions are calculated based on these displayed prices, and clients are charged accordingly.

PAYMENT COLLECTIONS
Excursion payment collection is managed by the organizer for excursions. At present, HEBERI does not support payment collection, requiring clients to directly pay fees to the organizer. Additionally, the organizer might request a certain amount to be deposited into their account before approving the booking.


VIEW PREDEFINED OFFERS
When logged in as a Travel Agent, you can view predefined commission offers for reservations. These offers are displayed above the price and labeled 'OFFER' on hotel or excursion pages. They apply to all reservations. Once logged in as a Travel Agent, the predefined commission offer for each reservation becomes visible above the price under 'Offer'. This predetermined commission applies to every reservation.
